We highly prioritise customers’ safety first. Therefore, we have made ‘patch test’ a mandatory requirement, 48 hours prior to Eyebrow / Eyelash Tinting, Hi-Definition Brows, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination, Semipermanent Lashes , Russian Lashes, Lash Lift, Hair Tint and highlight Services. If you haven’t done a patch test with elegance before, or you don’t have any service history in elegance booking system for the above-mentioned treatments within last 6 months or have changes in your medical history since you last undergone the mentioned treatments, you are required to do undertake a patch test. If you do not meet these conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the treatments. PLEASE NOTE A CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL APPLY IF YOU FAIL THE PATCH TESTING REQUIREMENTS AND DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED WITH TREATMENTS.
Under 16 PolicyUnder 16 Clients cannot receive hair or beauty treatments without the presence of a parent/guardian, for the entirety of the treatment. Parents/Guardians must complete the consultation form and consent form on their behalf. We offer only those treatments mentioned under the Child Services category for under 16 Clients. We reserve the right to ask for photographic ID as age proof.
